Question 1

How soon can I get a slot?

Accepted Answer

Availability is live — pick any open slot on a pro's calendar. Many keep same-week slots open.

Question 2

I've never had this kind of repair done before — where do I start?

Accepted Answer

Filter by Free Estimate, or book an Inspection. Every pro offers options, and the job will be assessed before any work starts.

Question 3

Do I need to provide my own materials?

Accepted Answer

Each listing shows the amenities it provides, including parts and tools. Most pros can handle everything.

Question 4

How late can I book a slot?

Accepted Answer

Slots stay open until the notice period shown on the booking, and popular evening slots fill earlier than that.

Question 5

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You can move or cancel from your account up to the notice period shown on the booking, and the slot is released automatically.

Question 6

I have several jobs to fit in — can you still take us on?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but check the "Not suitable if" note on the listing and message the pro first. Several pros run dedicated multi-room and emergency-callout blocks.
